Spaix Modules for Software Integration
The Spaix Modules for Software Integration not only simplify the data exchange between Spaix selection programs and third party systems, they make the process also faster.
The Spaix ProjectAdapter enablesthe data exchange to any third party system, e. G. ERP systems. The Spaix CrmConnector was especially developed for the data transfer between Spaix and Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM. Due to the use of the Spaix GaebExporter companies get a standardized interchange format for tenders.
Spaix ProjectAdapter
The Spaix ProjectAdapter guarantees the exchange of data without format adjustments and additional processing between the Spaix selection program and any third-party systems such as ERP or CRM systems. The freely configurable interface allows project data and technical information to be transferred to external application programs. This will give the user access to all technical and commercial data used by the Spaix selection program. After the exchange in the ERP system the data can be edited and saved centrally, so that it is available for all users with the respective authorization.
Moreover, updated text-based files can be returned to the Spaix selection program (e. g. in XLS or CEF format) in an uncomplicated way.Spaix CrmConnector
The module enables the use of the Spaix program from the Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM environment und ensures therewith the data synchronization between both systems. Thus, the whole sales chain from the technical selection to customer relationship management will be reflected seamlessly in an integrated system. The integration not only spares the repeated maintenance of data but provides also comprehensive reporting and analysis through the unique data depth of technical, commercial and customer-related information.
Spaix GaebExporter
The newly developed GAEB interface (GAEB is a common data exchange format for project data in German building services and HVAC businesses.) provides a standar-dized exchange format for tenders. The GAEB export interface can be used for specification 90 + 2000. This module enables the export of selected aggregates of a project within the pump selection program into the required GAEB format.Spaix DatanormExporter
The Spaix DatanormExporter tool exports project items, which have been selected in the PumpSelector (including accessories), to the DATANORM 4 format (product texts, list prices, item numbers, short text1 and short text2 of the item).
