Spaix Quick&Easy - Even More Efficiency in Pump Selection
Spaix Quick&Easy is a powerful software at a reasonable price within the product family for pump selection. The product was especially developed for small and medium-sized companies looking for a solution to manage their performance curves and the pump selection without having to implement a complete pump configuration and quotation system.
As the product name already implies, the new software can be characterized as user-friendly and easy to handle. Reliable pump selection is possible with minimal effort. While the software includes all functions for the pump selection and the work with performance curves, the pump configuration and proposal management was intentionally left out. Altogether, this product sets news standards regarding the total costs for the user. The low initial costs as well as the minimized effort for the data management show that the focus lies on a target group with a restricted budget, looking for an effective product.
Due to the limitation to pump selection functions without configuration, the data management is accordingly easy and clear. Using the proven Spaix V2 technology the database is fully compatible with Classic and Online versions. This makes a later upgrade to the complete pump selection, configuration and proposal management system easy and cost-effective - from a technical point of view and with regard to the licence structure.
Spaix Quick&Easy contains all functions for the entry, evaluation, conversion and administration of pump performance curves known from its big brother Spaix Classic V2. Furthermore, the software includes drive selection and dimensioning. Additional information about the pump can be embedded as external files.
In addition, there is a graphical design program to create data sheets. Included in delivery is a buildup of standard data sheets that can be individually customized on demand. The selection results can be easily forwarded via the integrated PDF export and e-mail interface. In addition, it supports the data exchange according to VDMA (Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau - German Engineering Federation) 24278.
The multilingual software with a convertible system of units ( SI / metric or US) allows a flexible and global use of the program.
The data maintenance program Spaix Database Quick&Easy – in contrast to Spaix Classic – is already included in the licence. Even the limitation to a given number of pump records is not applicable here.
Spaix Quick&Easy can be extended or customized with optional programs. One is the use of the program with Spaix PipeCalc to determine the duty point according to the application and the piping system. With the Spaix LayoutCustomizer the user interface can be changed to fit the Corporate Design of the licensee. This is especially interesting, when pump manufacturers want to forward the software to their customers using an Advertising Licence.
