This training shows how you can adjust the CRM system to your operational conditions (e.g. generation and administration of entities or roles). This workshop is calculated for 2 days.
Training 3: Application
This workshop deals with the application of the all three modules: Sales, Marketing and Customer Service (1 day for each). The training was especially developed for employees who have to work every day with the system. |
